  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to most countries because we partner with reliable shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL and S.F. Express. There may be restrictions on some countries, if you find that you are unable to process your order due to your shipping address, contact us and we wil figure it out for you.
  • Can I insure my order?
    We work closely with reliable couriers to provide partial coverage on your order. If you would like to purchase additional delivery insurance, it can be selected during checkout.
  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Click into it and you can watch your delivery arrive or contact the courier to change delivery times to accomodate your needs.
  • Is it safe to purchase online?
    Absolutely! We only offer reliable payment methods such as PayPal and Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. Your information will be safe and encrypted.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa at this moment. In some regions we accept PayMe and Alipay as well.
  • How can I get in touch?

  • Does my watch have warranty?
    Of course! Every purchase has a 2-year international limited warranty. Your watch will come with a warranty card, please keep it safe, as it will verify the warranty on your purchase. In the event that your watch has been tampered with by unauthorized STUNT repair centres, your warranty will no longer be valid.
  • What is covered under warranty?
    2-year international limited warranty covers defects caused from manufacturing, assembly and material defects. Normal wear and tear or consumer-caused defects are not covered. Fill in the repair request form to arrange.
  • My watch is no longer under warranty but it needs repairing!
    Not a problem! Please fill in the request a repair form and we will guide your through the process. Repairs will be done at our HQ by watchmakers.
  • Can I return my purchase?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist your through the return process. Please note that we are only able to process returns of products in its original condition, if otherwise, we may only be able to process a partial refund or reject the return. Fill in the repair request form to process.
  • I'd like to exchange my purchase.
    If you received a defective product, fill in the exchange request form and we'll help you exchange your order. In the even that you'd like to change colours or styles, email us! We'd gladly assist you in the exchange. However delivery fees will apply.
